i) Submerged Arc automatic welding process is involved in the manufacture of these horizontal beams; crown girder plate formed pipes, under-carriage of Railway trains. Plate formed Pipes are subjected to 100% radiography along the welding.
ii) Light and medium structurals.
iii) Trusses and bridge structures. We can also undertake replacement and repair of steel bridge as on Railways.
iv) Column Base (500MW) – Wt.20,508 Kgs, Universal Columns.
v) Emitting frames, Stairs, Roof panel, Hopper Walls.

2. Boiler manufactures, Pressure Parts, Tankers, Pressure Vessels, Process equipment under
     IBR, EIL, TCE (G3), NTPC, LLOYDS, ETC.

i) ‘X’-Ray quality welding is common thing under BIDASS banner. We have facility for rolling, automatic welding dished end manufacture, flange manufacture with accuracy drilling etc. We can manufacture leak proof tanks fir storage or transportation of fluid. Special insulated and stainless steel tanks to customer requirement are subjected to 100% Radiography.

ii) Coal Nozzle Assembly: Some of products like coal nozzle. Valves, etc. are usually obtained by casting. We have developed our design and welding technology to manufacture these coal nozzle out of stainless steel plates.

iii) Heat exchangers: We have export in manufacturing heat exchangers, precision drilling and reaming; tube bending, tube expanding, grooving etc. are done to TEMA standard. Air pre-heaters with tube bundles and other economizers are also made by us.

iv) Dampers, Silencers, Spiral casing: When intricate shape and special effect tampering wool arrangement are required, we have experts in the field. Some of the photographs of dampers, silencers and spiral casing are shown elsewhere in an album form.

v) Diffuser, Soils etc: In the assembly of diffuser with vanes which can be rotated, we proved our mettle. The armour plate which is wear resistant are used in the manufacture.

vi) Radial fans, Impeller casings: For Thermal stations, Cement factory and Sugar Mills, radial fans and impeller casings are made. These fans are heat treated, machined and dynamically balanced. Single piece weighing more than 5.5 M.T. of 3.3m diameter and above. The tolerance is up to 0.03. Regulating control guide vane assembly (R.G.Assy), Inlet guide vane assy are some of the components made. All these items can be made in stainless steel also.

vii) Bowl mill for coal crushing: Components such as Bearing housing, liners Bowl mill outer casing, trunians bearing housing, mill journals, Bowl mill roll overlay and machining, oil cooler for Bowl Mill.
